LitterBusters (Rockingham) app for iPhone and iPad

LitterBusters is a rapid response team whose primary function is to raise current levels of community amenity within the City of Rockingham. We provide the following services:

•Rapid response litter removal (seven day operation)
•Pavement steam cleaning
•Pressure washing
•Removal of illegal dumping

By using our LitterBusters App you will be helping us keep our City clean.

1. On the home screen select "Make a report"
2. Select "Location" and either choose "Find my location" (the app will record your current geographic location) or you can enter the address
3. Then choose to take a photo, select a photo from your image library or select next and do not attach an image
4. Then select the type of litter which best fits the type of litter you are reporting and select next
5. Select if you would like to receive updates, if you would your name, address and email address are mandatory fields
5. You can choose to add additional comments
6. Select "Submit Report". A pop up box will appear asking you to confirm that you want to submit the report
7. Your submitted report will reach the LitterBusters Team almost instantly
8. The LitterBusters Team will then proceed to process your report. If you choose to receive updates the team will send you a confirmation with details of your report and a reference number.
9. We will aim to response your litter issue within 24 hours.
